I've FINALLY finished uploading the rest of the stories for the Main Fanfiction Archive and I'll start working on Theed's Corner and the Image Galleries real soon. Again, I apologize for the wait and I thank you for your patience. Also (in case you haven't heard yet, which I doubt) Obidala Sanctuary is up with a great new layout and the webmistress stated that there will be changes to the layout/site in the near future.

Short lil' message in response to the latest guestbook entry by Lafiel. Yes, I realize that I really need to change hosts quick since these pop-ups are getting crazy and chasing people away from the site. So, when I finally get my personal computer back online, I'll be able to purchase a domain name/hosting space where popups will be banished forever! Hopefully this will be soon so please (as hard as it will be) ignore the popups during this "waiting period". Also, thank you so much for your entry Lafiel, I really do appreciate it =)

Long time no see ;) Sorry about the delayed updates, but I did manage to post a new fanfiction challenge and a wonderful fanart piece by obi's girl. Also, the next update I'll be adding a new affiliate that I am excited to be adding. On an Obidala-site side note, Obidala Sanctuary is temporarily under-construction which should only last about a week according to the webmistress.

Hey everyone, I've added some more fanart by obi's girl, am now affiliates with a great site called 'Obi-Wan Online' and am almost finished with the archive =) Also, 'Obi-Wan Online' has won the Award of Excellence! So far the restoration process is going faster than I thought it would be but not as fast as I had hoped and I apologize. After almost a year of procrastination, I've finally restored AAU in its original account on Tripod. During my absence I've found that many Obi/Padme sites have sprung up and are flourishing in the net community =). While I still need to fix the Fanart Gallery and add more stories to the Fanfiction Archive, the site is pretty much complete and ready for it's Grand Reopening. Again I apologize for the wait and I hope you like the new look of An Alternate Universe!

Well, what I hoped wouldn't happen yesterday, did. I wasn't able to log into my account for most of the day due to some technical error, and I am sorry for the delay of the update. I added two new affiliates, please check out their sites now! Also, I added many new fics by many talented people, and as you may have noticed, I added a new guestbook! So please sign it!! Now for some affiliate news; Ando Prime celebrated their first birthday on January 01, 2002 and are looking for fanfiction, wallpaper, fanart, and EP3 plotlines. Jedi Gardens recently had a scare with a hacker problem, but fortunately it was fixed.
Now for the surprise I've been talking about for almost a month. It's a new clique I made for Obi/Ami 'shippers, and it's the first on the internet (that I know of), so please visit my new site, Forbidden by the Force. Also, I will be adding the fanart tomorrow and I promise, the next layout will be all Ewan! Oh, and before I forget, I joined a new The Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring clique today and replaced one poster on the bottom of this page so far!

I know, I know, I didn't update for the past week or two like I promised but, I added 3 new fics, and updated 1 fic! I also added another 'Fanfiction Challenge'! I finally added the third chapter to my story 'Secrets Well Kept'! It's kinda short, but that's all I could write at the time. I also combined all the chapters into one html file so you won't have to go searching through two pages for the new part. Sorry if I sound like I'm in a bitter mood but I am mad at X-files for killing off a certain beloved character...Many of you may be wondering why there is are shortage of fics here at :AAU:, well I can answer that simply, I send authors an e-mail asking if I could post their story, I wait and wait and wait. Some authors are wonderful and respond during the same week, but others still have yet to respond. So please send in fics or respond to e-mails I send you! Also, if anyone knows an author named "Theed"'s (from fanfiction.net) e-mail address or any other way to contact her, could you please send it to me? This would boost the number of how many fanfics are archived at this site!

Well, apparently envy.nu has been hacked into. All the recently updated accounts at envy.nu get a message at the top of the page they updated saying "MrFreeze ownz envy.nu". Hopefully the good people at envy.nu will fix this soon. Also, hopefully I will be able to finish the Amidala Images section today, if not, then tomorrow...

Today I added all the Character and Actor biographies in the 'Information' section except for Liam Neeson (poor Liam...~_~). Well my tripod account is restored and you can now access my original site, but soon I will delete it and just provide a link to this site. I also added some more links to the 'Links' page.
